Request deadline

You have 7 calendar days after receiving your order to contact us and request an exchange.

📩 All requests must be made via WhatsApp Business to +212660933363, specifying:

  • the order number,
  • the product concerned,
  • the reason for the exchange.

Eligibility conditions

To be accepted, the product must:

  • be new and unused
  • be returned in its original condition, with its packaging intact,
  • show no signs of wear, damage, or deterioration.

⚠️ Personalized or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

🇲🇦 Orders in Morocco

  • Exchanges are free of charge.
  • Processing time can take up to 2 weeks from receipt of the returned product.

👉 We recommend that you check the size and color carefully before ordering.

🌍 International orders

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part (defective or incorrect product).
  • Any customs fees are also the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the product has been received and inspected, the exchange will be processed as soon as possible.

Refunds

Waffy does not offer refunds, only exchanges, except in the case of a defective product or proven error on our part.

Defective products or order errors

If you receive a product that is:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • or does not match your order,

please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.
A quick solution will be offered (exchange or replacement).
